Appointments Are you ready to start feeling better?
What to expect
We want to make sure your visits at JeeCee Wellbeing Center are pleasant, productive, and stress-free. This page will give you an idea of what to expect on your visits.
Your physical therapy care
At JeeCee Wellbeing Center , we are focused on providing you with the best therapy services available. We employ only experienced physical therapists (so you will never be seen by an aide or assistant), and our physical therapists treat only one patient at a time, which ensures that all care will be provided one-on-one by your physical therapist.
We believe that patient involvement is critical to a successful outcome. Therefore, we actively involve you in every stage of the process and make sure you are properly educated about your condition, informed about your progress, and understand the concrete steps you can take to improve your quality of life.
Your first appointment
During your initial appointment, your physical therapist will complete a comprehensive evaluation of your condition and identify the source of your discomfort or dysfunction. You will be educated about your condition and, based on your needs, you will receive an individualized plan of care aimed at helping you meet your goals.
Also during your initial appointment, you will begin to use the complementary treatment techniques outlined in your plan of care to start to address the cause of your discomfort, relieve your pain, and restore your function. Learn more about the treatment that may be included in your course of therapy

Alternatively, you can access the new patient paperwork online and bring the completed form with you to your first appointment.

- Bring your insurance card or insurance information.
- Wear comfortable clothes (we can provide shorts, t-shirts, and gowns).
- Complete the necessary new patient paperwork.
- Bring MRI results, x-rays, or any other reports that might help your physical therapist learn more about your condition.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient
